Find the right in-person enrichment for your child.

The future of education is personalized AI tutors and amazing in-person enrichment. We help families discover, understand, and book curated in-person experiences, with community built in.

The future can be incredible for our kids.

Together, we can ensure they’re ready.

The problem

As the world changes, in-person experiences matter more than ever. Finding the right ones shouldn’t be hard.

The best local programs are scattered across Facebook groups, provider websites, ads, and word of mouth. That leaves parents searching, comparing, and guessing which experiences will actually inspire their kids and help them grow.

What our kids need

Information is everywhere now. What’s scarce is inspiration, real examples, and people who pull our kids forward. Being inspired, adaptable and well-rounded is no longer a nice to have, it’s a must.

What parents need

There are few places where parents can find people genuinely aligned. We need a shared mission, other families working through it, and support to follow through.

Our mission

Create the most inspiring and well-rounded education movement possible.

ETS brings parents together around a shared mission, so we can learn from one another, support one another, and keep taking action.

01

Kids who are inspired, well-rounded, and ready for whatever comes next

Strong fundamentals help kids reason, while character, health, creativity, purpose, and the right use of technology help them adapt, create, and become more capable.

02

The right people, strong examples, and a trusted community

Kids need strong examples, mentors, and peers, while parents need a trusted community around the world and close to home that shares the mission, learns what works, and adapts together.

03

In-person experiences that build character and make learning come alive

The right programs, mentors, and hands-on challenges help kids discover what excites them, build confidence, and become more capable and well-rounded.

Why Space?

Space is in our name because it represents the frontier. As the frontier changes, ETS will keep adapting with it while staying grounded in what our kids will always need.

Who is building ETS
Ross Hoffman at a podcast microphone

Founder, Ross Hoffman

Built by a parent who wants this too.

I built my first electric circuit and learned there were people living in orbit above us when I was six. The inspiration those early experiences gave me never let up, eventually taking me to NASA. Since then, I have founded and scaled companies, led collegiate rocket subteams, and worked across investing, software, aerospace, health, and AI. I’ve always been near the edge of technology.

I have spent just as much of my life on the other half: fitness, nutrition, breathwork, and the spiritual side. Both halves matter, and most education only picks one.

I’ve looked for something that put them together while considering where we are in history and where we’re going, but nothing measured up. I knew we could do better.

I also noticed that parents don’t have many places to go where people are genuinely aligned and optimistic about what’s possible. So I started building. It’s a movement, and I would like you in it.
