User Guidelines

Last Updated: 7-16-2026

Educate to Space, Inc. ("Educate to Space," "we," "our," or "us") is building an adult-facing community and accountability system for people helping shape better learning pathways for kids and families.

These User Guidelines apply to your use of our website, forms, community signup and verification flow, accounts, community messages, posts, replies, uploads, calls, premium community access, and other Educate to Space services. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Adult-Facing Use

Educate to Space is intended for adults, including parents, guardians, educators, mentors, sponsors, partners, builders, and other aligned contributors.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit forms, join the community, upload images, purchase premium community access, host a Local Gathering, or participate in community features. Children should not submit forms, create accounts, join the community, upload images, or provide personal information directly to us. Parents and guardians are responsible for anything they choose to submit.

2. Mission-Aligned Participation

Use Educate to Space to help build better, more inspiring, more well-rounded education pathways for kids and families.

Community and feedback contributions should be constructive, practical, and useful. This is not a place for generic education debate, bad-faith arguing, harassment, spam, or drive-by promotion.

3. Protect Kids And Families

Do not submit or post:

  • child names
  • precise home addresses
  • school locations
  • medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or government identifier details
  • private family issues
  • photos, videos, voice recordings, documents, or location details that identify a child without clear permission and a good reason to share
  • information about another child, family, school, group, or community without permission

If you share child-related context, keep it high-level, such as age, broad interests, general needs, or examples that do not identify a child.

4. Community Conduct

When using the community, you agree to:

  • keep conversations mission-aligned and useful for families
  • be respectful, even when disagreeing
  • share real signal about what is missing, what is working, what you have tried, and what would actually help
  • avoid spam, funnels, sales pitches, repetitive promotion, or manipulative recruiting
  • use reports when something needs moderator review
  • respect member privacy, including profile details, uploads, RSVP information, school-interest signals, and meetup/location context
  • avoid pressuring members to move conversations into private channels, transactions, promotions, or offline meetings
  • use notification and report features for their intended community purposes, not to harass, spam, or manufacture urgency

5. Messages, Posts, Replies, Profiles, And Uploads

You are responsible for anything you submit, post, upload, or share.

Do not submit, post, upload, or link to content that is:

  • unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
  • sexual, exploitative, violent, graphic, or unsafe
  • infringing, plagiarized, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating someone else
  • spam, malware, phishing, scraping, credential harvesting, or other abuse
  • invasive of privacy or intended to identify, target, or dox another person
  • outside the allowed image/file formats or intended to bypass platform limits
  • created or submitted by bots, automated scripts, fake accounts, or verification bypasses

Only upload images you have permission to share. Do not upload images that reveal child identity, exact addresses, school locations, private homes, private travel details, or sensitive family information.

6. Weekly Action, Accountability, Calls, Local Gatherings, And School Interest

Use weekly action, accountability groups, Community Calls, meetup interest, school-interest signals, and sprint/cohort interest in good faith.

Local Gatherings are member-hosted. Unless Educate to Space expressly identifies a different event type, they are not operated, inspected, supervised, or endorsed by Educate to Space, and member hosts are not Educate to Space employees, agents, childcare providers, or certified leaders.

To submit or host a Local Gathering, a member must have eligible paid access, must explicitly confirm that they are at least 18 years old, and must accept the current host acknowledgment. Government-ID verification is not a current requirement for attending or hosting. A host's self-attestation and Educate to Space's listing review are not identity verification, a background check, a character review, an endorsement, or a safety guarantee.

Follow these Local Gathering rules:

  • use a public place that you are authorized to use and share; do not submit a private home, private residence, hotel room, or comparable private location
  • keep every gathering parent-present; every child must remain with a responsible parent or guardian
  • do not offer or expect drop-off care, childcare, transportation, professional supervision, or a transfer of responsibility for a child
  • put exact meeting details only in the designated protected meetup-location field or protected coordination area, not in public meetup text or general community areas
  • do not post or pressure anyone to share child names, schools, private contact details, precise family locations, or sensitive family information
  • provide accurate gathering information and submit material changes through the approved update path
  • accept the current host acknowledgment when submitting a gathering or the current attendee acknowledgment when joining one

Do not record, transcribe, screenshot, livestream, redistribute, or quote private member interactions outside Educate to Space without clear permission from the people involved and from Educate to Space where required.

Adults remain responsible for their own judgment, transportation, participation, supervision of their children, safety decisions, and local-law compliance.

Use the private reporting path for a concern about a host, participant, listing, gathering, or misuse of protected information before, during, or after a gathering. Educate to Space may pause or remove hosting capability or all Local Gathering capability while reviewing a serious report, repeated independent reports, a policy breach, or another credible risk. Do not make coordinated, retaliatory, knowingly false, or abusive reports. Educate to Space is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services or appropriate authorities first when someone may be in immediate danger or illegal activity is suspected.

7. Referrals And Sharing

Use referral links honestly and only with people who may genuinely benefit from Educate to Space. Keep this disclosure with any personal recommendation or public post that includes your referral link:

If you join through my link and become a paying ETS member, I receive a $25 ETS membership credit.

Do not hide the incentive, make deceptive claims, send spam, pressure people to join, create self-referrals or fake or duplicate accounts, or condition a referral on a positive review or endorsement.

8. Accounts And Security

Do not:

  • share or sell account access
  • impersonate another person or organization
  • create an account if you are under 18
  • attempt to bypass verification, onboarding, membership limits, moderation, rate limits, read-only channels, or other access controls
  • access another person's account, profile, content, uploads, or data
  • probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, database, storage, authentication, billing, video, or community systems

9. Moderation And Enforcement

We may review, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content if we believe it violates these Guidelines, our Terms, safety expectations, legal obligations, or the purpose of Educate to Space.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove account access, premium community access, community access, Local Gathering hosting, or all Local Gathering participation at any time, with or without notice, including for spam, abuse, privacy violations, unsafe behavior, bad-faith participation, payment issues, or activity that harms the mission or other users.
