User Guidelines Policy

At Educate to Space, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for families exploring alternative education resources. These User Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all users of our Services, including Parents and Guardians ("Users"). Children should not use the Services directly except under a Parent's direct supervision. By using our Services, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Respectful Participation

• Treat others with respect in Field inputs (Field Pulse, Field Notes, Field Debrief), chat, and support interactions.
• Do not post content that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly community.
• Disagreements should remain civil and constructive.

2. Educational Purpose Only

• All use of AI chat, recommendations, and tools must be strictly for educational and family learning purposes.
• Do not use the Services to generate unrelated, harmful, offensive, commercial, or adult content.
• Attempting to misuse AI features for non-educational purposes may result in immediate termination of access.

3. Safe Use of Services

• Parents are responsible for supervising their Child’s use of the Services at all times.
• Do not share personal identifying information (home addresses, phone numbers, financial info, school locations) in any Field inputs, chat, or other submissions.
• Report inappropriate or unsafe content immediately at our Contact Us page.

4. Honest & Accurate Contributions

• Field Pulse responses, Field Notes, Field Debrief submissions, resource submissions, and any other contributions must be truthful, non-misleading, and made in good faith.
• Do not submit content that is false, fabricated, promotional, or created in exchange for undisclosed compensation or benefits.
• If you have a relationship with a provider (employment, ownership, paid partnership, free access, or other consideration), you must clearly disclose it when submitting related content.
• Violations may result in removal of content and suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content Standards

Prohibited User Content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, abusive language, or bullying.
• Sexual, violent, or age-inappropriate material.
• Spam, advertisements, or self-promotion.
• Misinformation intended to mislead or harm.

5A. Moderation & Enforcement

• User submissions (including Field inputs, resource submissions, and chat) are subject to moderation. We may edit, delay, reject, or remove submissions that violate these Guidelines or our Terms, appear fabricated or duplicative, or are promotional or unsafe.
• Educate to Space does not guarantee that all submissions will be published or displayed.

6. Use of Support Channels

• Support via email is available for assistance only.
• Be courteous with staff and community moderators.
• Do not use support channels for harassment, spam, or unauthorized solicitations.

7. Enforcement & Termination Rights

• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove any User Content, AI interactions, or communications at any time.
• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
• We may cancel billing or discontinue Services to any User at any time, with or without cause. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
• Severe violations may be reported to legal authorities where required.

8. Community Responsibility

• Parents agree to uphold these Guidelines when supervising their Children.
• Users should contribute in good faith to maintain a helpful, safe, and education-focused environment.
