Educate to Space is built for parents and families, and that has to include families using assistive technology. This page explains what we aim for, what we have done, and how to tell us when something does not work.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We treat that as the working standard for the website and for our mobile apps.
We are a small team building actively, so we describe this as an ongoing commitment rather than a finished certification. Where we fall short, we want to hear about it and fix it.
Recent work includes:
44px touch target across sign-in, the site header, the footer, and membership controls, so they can be operated reliably by touch and by people with reduced fine motor controlWe would rather name these than imply we have covered everything.
If any part of Educate to Space is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. A short description of what you were trying to do, the page or screen, and the assistive technology or device you were using helps us reproduce it quickly.
Use the Contact form or the contact information below. We aim to respond within 10 business days, and we will tell you what we can fix and roughly when.
If you need information from the site in a different format while we work on a fix, ask and we will find a way to get it to you.
We may update this page as work continues. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
