  • Billing and subscription records.

b. Child Information (Limited)

  • Child’s first name or nickname, age/grade, learning preferences.
  • We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as government IDs, precise addresses, or financial data from Children.

c. Usage Data

  • Device, browser, and operating system information.
  • IP address, geolocation (approximate, not precise).
  • Pages viewed, searches performed, AI queries.
  • We may also use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand usage, and improve the Services.

d. Content Provided by Users

  • Field Pulse responses, Field Notes, Field Debrief submissions, resource submissions, learning plan content you create, chat interactions, or other User Content.
  • Some User Content may be used to generate aggregated patterns and summaries (for example, "worked / didn't" trends) to improve the Services. If we share patterns publicly, we aim to do so in aggregated form and without identifying individual families. We may monitor, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • We may also use User Content to detect abuse, fraud, and attempts to misuse the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve our Services.
  • Deliver Frontier Brief content and operate the Field Pulse, Field Notes, and Field Debrief loop.
  • Provide AI-powered search and chat, recommendations, and learning plans.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Communicate with Parents about updates, billing, or support.
  • Moderate and manage User Content submissions (Field inputs, resource submissions, and chat).
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to misuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

  • The Services are intended for Parents. We design ETS for parent use, and Children should not use the Services directly except under a Parent's direct supervision.
  • We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from Children under 13 without verified parental consent.
  • Parents may review, edit, or delete their Child’s information at any time by contacting us.

4. AI Data Practices

  • AI recommendations are generated from prompts and user input.
  • AI features may process information from your searches, chat inputs, Field inputs, and learning plans to provide results and improve quality.
  • Inputs may be processed and stored as needed to provide the Services, improve quality, and prevent abuse, but we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Parents must review all AI content before acting on it.
  • We disclaim liability for reliance on AI outputs.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics providers that may receive device and usage data to help us operate and improve the Services.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use affiliate links as part of the Services.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Tracking

We, and our third-party partners (e.g., Meta/Facebook), may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and browsing activity, including usage patterns, event tracking, and hashed identifiers you provide (such as email) for analytics, advertising, and remarketing purposes.

  • We retain Parent and subscription data for as long as the account is active.
  • Child-related information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services, or until a Parent requests deletion.
  • We may retain certain data for legal, accounting, or security purposes even after account closure.

  • We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, monitoring).
  • No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data.
  • Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

9. Support Communications

  • Communications with support (email) may be monitored and logged for quality, training, and compliance purposes.
  • Sensitive personal information should not be shared through support channels unless strictly necessary.
  • Parents and users may report inappropriate content, suspected abuse, or violations of this Policy by contacting support. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and address reports but cannot guarantee removal of all harmful content.
