Last Updated: 5-30-2026

Educate to Space, Inc. ("Educate to Space," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through our public website, podcast/media pages, public forms, lightweight interactive tools, and early community features.

The current public site is a mission site with early public forms, lightweight free tools, and an early adult-facing community. It is not currently a child-facing app, school, childcare service, payment product, or full school/member operating platform.

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • name
  • email address
  • rough location, region, or country
  • role or relationship to Educate to Space
  • child ages, age ranges, or general family context, if you choose to share them
  • general child interests, goals, preferences, constraints, materials, or context you choose to share in a quiz or form
  • generated quiz or tool outputs, feedback ratings, notes, saved-result email requests, and related session identifiers
  • what you are looking for, building, or interested in
  • messages submitted through a form
  • community intake responses, verification status, and invite status

  • community posts, replies, reactions, reports, uploaded images, moderation status, timestamps, and related technical records
  • authentication, spam-prevention, security, error-monitoring, and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the site

We may also collect basic technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical data, and similar usage data. This helps us operate the site, understand what is useful, debug errors, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries
  • generate, save, review, and improve lightweight tool or quiz results
  • review submissions and outputs through protected admin tools
  • send requested results, updates, or follow-up emails
  • verify email addresses and provide community access
  • operate the early community, including onboarding, posting, replies, reactions, image uploads, moderation, reporting, and administration
  • understand, aggregate, and de-identify member signal about what is missing, what is working, and what people want Educate to Space to build
  • shape future content, offers, and experiences
  • operate and improve the website
  • protect the site from spam, abuse, or misuse
  • comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Community Accounts And Verification

The early community is intended for adults. Community access may begin with a public intake form, email verification, and an invitation or sign-in link. We may use your email address to verify access, send authentication links, send requested community-related messages, and help prevent spam or misuse.

Community profiles are intentionally lightweight. Do not submit child names, precise addresses, school locations, medical details, sensitive family information, government identifiers, or other confidential information in your profile, posts, replies, reports, or image uploads.

The initial owned community does not include member-to-member direct messages. Community content may be visible to other approved or signed-in community members and to Educate to Space administrators or moderators.

If you upload an image, only upload images you have the right to share. Do not upload images that identify a child, another family, a school, or a private location unless you have permission and the image is appropriate for the community.

4. Email Choices

If you provide your email address to receive a result, join updates, or contact us, we may use it to send the requested message and occasional Educate to Space updates. Marketing or update emails should include a way to unsubscribe or opt out. You can also contact us using the information below to request removal from future marketing emails.

5. Children’s Privacy

Educate to Space is currently intended for parents, guardians, educators, mentors, builders, sponsors, partners, and other adults. Community accounts are for adults only.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children to create community accounts. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us or created an account, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review, restrict, or delete it.

If you mention children in a form, please keep it limited to general context, such as age, age range, broad interests, or general needs. Do not submit child names, sensitive child information, precise addresses, school locations, medical details, government identifiers, photos, videos, voice recordings, or other information that identifies a child.

6. Third-Party Services And Links

We may use service providers to host the website, store submissions, process form and quiz data, provide authentication, store community profiles and messages, store uploaded community images, generate lightweight tool outputs, send form notifications or emails, embed podcast content, measure basic site performance, monitor errors, or protect against spam and abuse.

The site may link to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, podcast players, social media sites, or other external resources. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

7. Cookies And Similar Technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality, analytics, performance, security, and abuse prevention. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Sharing Information

We may share information with:

  • service providers who help us operate the website, forms, interactive tools, databases, email, notifications, analytics, hosting, security, and abuse prevention
  • legal authorities if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
  • successors or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

9. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, business records, legal compliance, security, community operation, moderation history, tool improvement, aggregate analysis, and site improvement. You may contact us to request deletion of personal information you submitted.

Community posts, replies, reports, and uploaded images may be hidden, soft-deleted, removed from public/community view, or retained in moderation records when needed for safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, backups, security, or platform integrity.

If you request account deletion, we may delete or deactivate your account and remove personal profile information where reasonably practical. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, security records, legal records, or moderation records when reasonably needed.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls for admin tools and private storage for community image uploads. No website, form, email, authentication link, database, storage service, or internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive personal information through public forms or community features.

11. AI, Aggregated Signal, And Future Community Intelligence

Educate to Space may use software and AI tools to generate requested free-tool outputs, assist internal review, and understand aggregate or de-identified patterns in submissions and community activity. We do not currently offer AI moderation, AI community summaries, personalized child profiles, or a community knowledge chatbot as public V1 features.

Before launching richer AI moderation, AI summarization, child profiles, or member-facing community intelligence features, we should review and update the applicable privacy, consent, retention, and disclosure language.

12. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information you submitted. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

To exercise privacy choices, contact us using our Contact / Join form or the contact information below.

13. Future Features

If Educate to Space adds payments, child profiles, parent dashboards, direct messaging, AI moderation or summarization, partner directories, marketplace features, paid programs, school operations, or other richer product experiences, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed and updated before those features are promoted publicly.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
