3. Community Accounts, Profiles, And Content

The community is intended for adults. Community access may require email verification, authentication, rules acceptance, profile setup, and an introduction.

Community profiles and general community content are intentionally lightweight. Do not submit child names, precise addresses, school locations, medical details, sensitive family information, government identifiers, passwords, or other confidential information in your profile, public or general post text, replies, reports, or image uploads.

Community content may be visible to other eligible signed-in community members and to Educate to Space administrators or moderators. Some areas may be limited by membership tier, access status, group membership, or admin role.

If you upload an image, only upload images you have the right to share. Do not upload images that identify a child, another family, a school, a private home, or a private location unless you have permission and the image is appropriate for the community.

4. Payments, Billing, And Legacy Identity Records

Premium community access may be processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing details, payment method information, fraud-prevention data, and related transaction records under its own terms and Privacy Policy. Educate to Space does not store full card numbers.

If in-app subscriptions are offered, Apple, Google Play, and our subscription-management provider may process purchase, subscription, entitlement, device, and account-linking information under their own terms and privacy policies. Educate to Space may receive and retain limited purchase and entitlement records needed to provide access, prevent duplicate subscriptions, restore purchases, support members, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Payment-card details remain with the applicable payment or app-store provider.

Stripe Identity is shelved and is not a current requirement or active journey for attending, submitting, or hosting a Local Gathering. Current hosts are not asked to submit a government ID or selfie. A host instead explicitly confirms that they are at least 18 years old and accepts the current Local Gatherings rules when submitting a gathering.

If an earlier test or account created a Stripe Identity record, Educate to Space may retain the limited derived status, relevant session or report identifiers, verification time, and necessary audit information. We do not separately store copies of identity documents or selfie images, and we do not store the full date of birth. These legacy records are not used as the current Local Gatherings host-eligibility gate.

You may contact us using the information below to request access to or deletion of identity-verification information associated with Educate to Space. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we can request redaction of the related Stripe Identity session. Stripe may retain information in its independent capacity; you may also contact Stripe Support about information held by Stripe or Stripe consent choices.

5. Calls, Local Gatherings, And Location Features

Educate to Space may provide or support community calls, accountability check-ins, member-hosted Local Gatherings, school / learning-space interest, and location-based community signal.

Current Local Gatherings must be held in public places and remain parent-present. Private homes, private residences, hotel rooms, and comparable private locations are not permitted gathering locations. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their own children; member hosts and Educate to Space do not provide childcare, drop-off care, transportation, or professional supervision.

Share broad location information by default. Protected exact meeting details may be made available only to the host, appropriate participating members, and administrators or moderators who need the information to operate or review the gathering. Do not put precise addresses, child-identifying details, private contact information, or sensitive family or travel details in public or general community content.

Local Gathering reports are private by default. Reporter identity, report content, post-gathering feedback, investigation details, and restriction decisions are limited to the member who submitted the information and the administrators, moderators, service providers, professional advisers, or authorities who need access for review, response, platform protection, or legal and safety obligations. We may use separate reports and feedback together to identify patterns, while avoiding unnecessary public disclosure of allegations or review details.

Educate to Space reserves the right to record or transcribe member calls, accountability check-ins, video rooms, or related sessions. Recordings and transcripts may be used for safety, moderation, support, internal review, note-taking, training, quality, records, or operations, and are handled as personal information under this Privacy Policy.

6. Email And Notification Choices

If you provide your email address, we may use it to send requested responses, verification links, account messages, support responses, community messages, payment or membership notices, and occasional Educate to Space updates. Marketing or update emails should include a way to unsubscribe or opt out. You can also contact us using the information below to request removal from marketing emails.

If you enable app or browser push notifications, you can turn them off in your ETS notification settings or your device or browser settings. Required account, safety, billing, or legal notices may still be sent by email or shown in the service where permitted by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Educate to Space is intended for adults. Community accounts, premium community access, uploads, calls, and interactive community features are for adults only.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts, join the community, use premium community access, upload files, or submit forms directly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us or created an account, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review, restrict, or delete it.

Adults may choose to provide limited child-related context, such as age, age range, broad interests, learning setup, general needs, or family goals. Please keep that information high-level. Do not submit child names, sensitive child information, precise addresses, school locations, medical details, therapy details, government identifiers, photos, videos, voice recordings, or other information that identifies a child.

8. Third-Party Services And Links

We may use service providers to host the website, provide authentication, store data, process community profiles, channel messages, group messages, posts, replies, and reports, store uploaded images, process payments, send emails or notifications, measure basic site performance, monitor errors, protect against spam and abuse, provide video or call infrastructure, and support administration. A provider may also retain a legacy identity record where an earlier test or account created one.

The site may link to third-party platforms such as social media sites, payment pages, video services, schools, programs, classes, or other external resources. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.

9. Cookies, Local Storage, And Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for basic site functionality, authentication, community access, draft convenience, analytics, performance, security, abuse prevention, and payment redirects. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.

10. Sharing Information

We may share information with:

  • service providers who help us operate the website, forms, databases, authentication, storage, email, notifications, analytics, hosting, security, payments, video/call infrastructure, and abuse prevention
  • payment providers as needed for checkout, billing, subscription management, referral-credit administration, fraud prevention, and webhook processing; an identity provider may retain or process a legacy record where an earlier test or account created one
  • other eligible signed-in community members, when you submit profile information, posts, replies, reactions, uploads, RSVP information, meetup participation, protected coordination, or other content intended for their permitted community visibility; protected exact meeting details and attendee information are shared only within the applicable access boundaries
  • admins, moderators, contractors, or support helpers who need access to operate, review, moderate, or protect the site and community
  • legal authorities if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
  • successors or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

11. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, business records, legal compliance, security, community operation, billing administration, moderation history, aggregate analysis, and site improvement. You may contact us to request deletion of personal information you submitted.

Community posts, replies, reports, Local Gathering acknowledgments, feedback, restriction and review decisions, notification records, access events, payment records, referral attribution and membership-credit records, host self-attestation records, limited legacy identity records, attendance records, and uploaded images may be hidden, soft-deleted, removed from community view, or retained in moderation, security, legal, billing, backup, or platform-integrity records when reasonably needed.

If you request account deletion, we may delete or deactivate your account and remove personal profile information where reasonably practical. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, security records, legal records, billing records, moderation records, or records needed to protect the community.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls for admin systems and private storage for community uploads. No website, form, email, authentication link, database, storage service, payment service, identity service, video service, or internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive personal information through public forms or community features.

13. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information you submitted. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

To delete an ETS account and its associated personal data, use the Account Deletion page. To exercise other privacy choices, contact us using our Contact / Join form or the contact information below.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
