Delete your ETS account
Use this page to request deletion of an Educate to Space account and the personal data associated with it. You can use this page even if the ETS Community app is no longer installed.
Before you submit
- ETS verifies the account email before processing the request and sends a confirmation when processing is complete.
- Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Cancel an active subscription with Apple, Google Play, or the website billing provider where it was purchased.
- Profile details and user-created community content are included in the request. Limited billing, security, legal, moderation, backup, or community-protection records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Processing is not immediate. Account access may remain available until ETS begins the verified deletion request.
