Refund & Guarantee Policy

We built Educate to Space (ETS) to help families quickly find better-fit learning options. If you don’t, you shouldn’t pay.

1) 30-Day Find-Your-Fit Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Premium)

If you purchase Annual Premium and, within 30 days, you don’t discover clearly better-fit options for your child, you can receive a 100% refund.

To qualify, by Day 30 you must:

  • Create a profile and add at least one child.
  • Save at least 6 resources and build at least 1 learning plan.
  • Contribute at least once to the community (one review or one Q&A post).

Rationale: ETS is most helpful when you actually use it. These light actions ensure you gave the product a fair try.

What’s covered

  • First-time Annual Premium purchases made directly on educatetospace.com.
  • Upgrades from a trial (see §2) that become Annual Premium.

What’s not covered

  • Concierge / white-glove services (and any one-on-one time already delivered).
  • Purchases made through third parties (app stores, resellers).
  • Gift cards and promo credits.

2) Trials & Upgrades

  • You can cancel a trial anytime during the trial period—no charge.
  • If you upgrade to Annual Premium during your trial, your 30-day guarantee window starts on the upgrade date (the day you become Annual).
  • If you do not upgrade, there’s nothing to refund.

3) Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise) are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided under the 30-day Find-Your-Fit Guarantee in §1 or where required by law.
  • Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unless legally required.

4) Renewals & Cancellations

  • Annual plans renew automatically each year.
  • You can turn off auto-renew anytime from your account settings or by contacting us on our Contact Us page.
  • Renewal grace: If you were charged and didn’t intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date for a full refund. After 7 days, renewals are non-refundable.

5) Service Termination by ETS

  • If we suspend or terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or User Guidelines, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If we discontinue Our Services entirely, subscriptions will be terminated with no refunds; all sales are final (except where required by law).

6) Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Services, please visit our Contact Us Page.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved and you have not received the Services paid for, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

7) Promotional Offers & Incentives

  • From time to time, we may provide promotional offers, trial periods, or incentive credits. These have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Any unused or expired credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

8) How to Request a Refund

If you met the qualification steps (where applicable) and you’re requesting within the eligible window, we’ll refund 100% to your original payment method. We process refunds within 1–3 business days; banks typically post credits in 5–10 business days.

9) Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To keep the guarantee generous and sustainable:

  • Limit one refund per household (lifetime).
  • We may decline refund requests that show clear abuse (e.g., multiple accounts created to repeatedly obtain refunds, spam/inauthentic reviews).

10) Chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please contact support first. Chargebacks slow resolution; we’ll handle issues quickly and fairly.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
