Educate to Space offers a simple 14-day money-back guarantee for premium community memberships or subscriptions made directly through Educate to Space.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that charge. No questions asked.
After 14 days, payments are final except where a refund is required by law. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds after the 14-day refund window.
The 14-day guarantee is for ordinary good-faith refund requests. We may decline or reverse refunds, suspend access, or take other appropriate steps if a request involves fraud, abuse, duplicate refund requests, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or a violation of our Terms or User Guidelines, except where a refund is required by law.
If something is wrong, contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
Canceling a subscription stops later billing. It does not automatically refund charges that are outside the 14-day refund window.
